Upon arriving in the evening after a long day of meetings, I discovered our room was mostly clean, but the bathroom lacked essential items and needed attention. The stay was fine overall, but the damp towels and wet floor were off-putting. The service at check-in was friendly and informative, and the location was convenient. However, the lack of finer comforts in the room was noticeable.
